The golf course is thanks to its amazing location on the Bahian coast one of the most desired places to play golf in all Southern America. The beautiful beach Praia das Tartarugas is literally 5 min away by foot. Every angle of the immense outdoor area of this open house to the Mata Atlantica seems to be designed to forget all about everyday life. The immense 25-meter lap pool, the splendid terrace with its cozy furnishings and the loungers under a tropical design deck are places of pure relaxation and well-being. The interior design made of antiques and arts from Asia, each piece was personally chosen by the owners who are living there for many years. The lower garden connected to the preserved tropical forest has several relaxation spaces and a meditation deck. All rooms are very open arranged, with high ceilings and flooded by daylight which will contribute to an enlightening atmosphere and a feeling of well-being. The ambitious American kitchen is modernly equipped and has the capacity to prepare meals for a large group of persons. All 6 suites of the property are coming with en-suite bathrooms and AC. In the master suite, you will find a Jacuzzi. Each suite holds a different beautiful view ready for their privileged guests, for example to the garden, the pool and the landscapes of Mata Atlântica. With no doubt, this amazing place offers everything to spend extravagant vacations in one of the most beautiful regions of Brazil. Staff is available 8h/day for housekeeping, cleaning, cooking and the maintenance of the huge pool and amazing gardens. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
