On the upper floor, the bright master suite has a large balcony and sea view offers all comfort and privacy. There are also two more suites, a chilling area where you can play game, read a book, work on the desk or receive massages, enjoying views on the luxuriant tropical garden and on the magnificent pool. The two living areas are interconnected with the dining area, the modern kitchen and the external BBQ area by a graceful wooden walkway passing over the pool, all those spaces are wide open on the pool and the tropical garden.
Discreet and classy bungalows, of good proportion, have a total of three more bedrooms with en-suite bathroom in total. The property is erected around a pool of subtle curves, with translucent water reflecting the golden light of the southern Bahia sun. Next to this magical pool, the vast gourmet area offers space and practicality to organize brunches, lunches, and dinners a stone’s throw from the beach.
The beach is another asset of this exceptional property. The delicate pergola of the beach lounge, with long chairs, lie on in the white sand is by the side of a crystal clear water, warm at any time of the year. Itapororoca is one of the most exclusive beaches in Trancoso, a 7km long beach with few houses and large preserved areas, access is via the beach or a dead-end road with 24h surveillance access.
In total there are 6 dedicated staff, available 8h / day for guests, for cooking, cleaning and cleaning the house, serving meals and snacks at the pool or beach, and riding the beach support.

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
