This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom home that allows you to enjoy all the Shenandoah River has to offer, within minutes of Massanutten Resort. * Please note that a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation. There is a $35/nightly per pet fee. Please note--we also require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed for all reservations. If we can accommodate an early arrival or late check out, there is a $50 fee, for each. The Early Arrival time is 2pm and the Late Check out time is 12pm. We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am! If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
