The apartment has four suites, three suites with dressing room and a double bed, and one suite with two single beds. Three suites are located on the first floor and have a TV room between them. The master suite is on the upper floor, and has an area of 120 m², a TV room and an office. The bathroom of the main suite has bath and two showers. All bathrooms are in white marble. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning.The apartment has dining room and living room in both floors. The living room of the second floor has a 50-inch TV. Next to this room on the top floor is located a large terrace with panoramic sea views, where you can see the famous sunset of Arpoador. The apartment has two fully equipped kitchens, one downstairs , and a gourmet rooftop. All televisions have SKY.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
