This is a beautiful three-story property located in the greenest and greenest neighborhood in Rio, Jardim botânico. Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, this luxurious house has access through its street to trails that lead to high places that exhibit beautiful views of the wonderful city, as well as encounters with animals of the local fauna and beautiful waterfalls.
On the first floor the house has a parking space for 2 cars, space for storing bicycles and an elevator for access to all floors.
On the second floor are the kitchen with its dining room and living room with laminated wood floors, a beautiful balcony with views of the street and trees, office for work and 3 excellent suites with two of them having comfortable bathtubs that provide moments of total relaxation while bathing. All rooms are fully air-conditioned to make your stay comfortable at all times of the year.
On the third floor there is a second living room bathed in the morning sun with a wide view of the neighborhood and the surrounding mountains, barbecue area and large pool with shallow and deep areas and also a sauna connected to the pool. Around the pool are tables with umbrellas to enjoy meals outdoors and comfortable sun loungers for moments of rest in the open air and at the same time get a beautiful tan.
Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city, this property has next to it one of the most beautiful parks in the country, the Botanical Garden, which is a historic garden that gives its name to the neighborhood, inserted in the early 19th century whose purpose was cultivation and acclimatization of oriental plants much sought after in commerce, and today it is a place of visitation with incredible specimens of plants to be seen and also the Parque Lage, formerly owned by a farmer and today, a beautiful garden with 19th century buildings, listed as historical and cultural heritage of Rio de Janeiro, both perfect for weekend outings.
