Enjoy cooking together in the galleystyle full kitchen, all set up with a French door refrigerator, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a meal while chatting with everyone in the living room. Central air conditioning means everyone can relax indoors with ease, and a ground floor design means no one will have to struggle with stairs. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for additional guest comfort, including the main bedroom set up with a private deck entrance and a swanky en suite bathroom. If you’re looking for a chill hangout down by the canal, this is the home for you. THINGS TO KNOW Two kayaks and beach towels are available for guest use. The boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Property Manager’s control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft.
