Here you will also find a barbecue area, 3 living rooms distributed throughout the house, a game room, and a home cinema.
Each room has king-size beds and a private bathroom with luxury finishes. Likewise, some of the rooms have internal balconies and views of the refined architecture of the house.
The property is located in the heart of the Historic Center of Cartagena, near the wall, the Santa Clara hotel, and the best restaurants the city has to offer.
VAT exemption for foreigners:
- The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry, and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
- The foreigner residing abroad must prove his condition by presenting the original passport; the Andean card or the Mercosur card proving your immigration status with the current stamp of Permit to Enter and Stay PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12.

To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
