Beautiful villa situated in the area of "Ternelles", just outside the town of Pollensa. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool and sun loungers, and has lovely views of the mountains in the background. There is a covered terrace with table and chairs, and at the back of the house, there is an uncovered barbecue and also a stone table with benches, ideal for enjoying summer lunches and dinners outside.
The interior of the villa is decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, but with a lot of charm. The house has a bright oval entrance hall with a spacious living/dining room with table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, television and ornamental fireplace. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
