The property’s large swimming pool is a charm in itself. Right next door is the barbecue area, where you can spend the day having fun with family and friends. There are a total of 6 rooms, 4 suites, with configurations for up to 3 people per room. The property can accommodate up to 17 people. The property is approximately 150 meters from the sandy strip of Ferradura beach, where leisure and dining options are found in the restaurants, bars and kiosks on the beachfront. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Housekeeper: 150.00 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. Maid: 150.00 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service. Cook (optional): 200.00 to 250.00 BRL per day. Prepare meals. Kitchen helper (optional): 150.00 to 200.00 BRL per day. Assists the cook. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
