This is a beautiful house with an excellent location, just a block away from the paradisiacal Ferradura beach.
The internal and external environments please the most demanding eyes. The modern and harmonious design enchants by the abundance of natural light and its outdoor area brings a unique contact with nature. The backyard is large and has many trees and plants.
The property’s large swimming pool is a charm in itself. Right next door is the barbecue area, where you can spend the day having fun with family and friends.
There are a total of 6 rooms, 4 suites, with configurations for up to 3 people per room. The property can accommodate up to 17 people.
The property is approximately 150 meters from the sandy strip of Ferradura beach, where leisure and dining options are found in the restaurants, bars and kiosks on the beachfront.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
