Villa Mimosa! The name says it all... This is your spacious yet cozy place to kick back, relax and enjoy life at the river. You enter the large enclosed yard through the arbor gate, surrounded by greenery! There’s plenty of room for your group to hang out by the fire table, enjoy the spa, or play yard games with your pup! Don’t forget - you can be enjoying yourself at the River in a short 5 minute walk down the street! In the shed, you will find beach chairs, floaties and wagon to take with you! And whether it’s preparing to get into the spa, or wanting to hose off after playing in the river, you are sure to enjoy the outdoor shower under the deck!
The main floor of Villa Mimosa has a large bedroom with queen bed, full bath and convenient kitchenette equipped with sink, mini-fridge and Keurig coffeemaker! It’s the perfect space for those early risers who like some time to themselves before joining the rest of the group in the common areas.
Also on the main floor is a secondary sleeping area great for the little ones in your group! It is an L-shaped room equipped with twin sized bunkbeds and pull out trundle bed, Smart TV and foosball table!! Also off of this room is a closet with top of the line washer & dryer!
Heading up the stairs to the second level, you enter into a cozy living room and kitchen area with vaulted, original redwood ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, wood burning stove, and gorgeous wood dining table with seating for up to 6! This room also has a Smart TV and Blu-Ray player for the media buffs in your group. The kitchen is small but efficient, stocked with everything you may need to cook simple to gourmet meals, and flows seamlessly out the side door to the deck and outdoor eating area overlooking the manicured yard. You’ll find a propane gas BBQ grill on the deck ready to be fired up to grill dinner!
Off of the living room is another large bedroom with king bed and another full bath. The vaulted natural wood ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors add so much warmth to the space! Villa Mimosa gives you all the comforts of home without letting you forget that you are on vacation somewhere special, at the river, under the redwoods.
Along with everything above, Villa Mimosa also has 2 fold-out sofas for plenty of sleeping options. Both levels are equipped with AC & Heat via wall mounted mini-split units and each bedroom has its own portable heater as well.
