For those looking for a beautiful location for your next "flex-cation," Beach Nest is perfectly equipped for you with high speed WiFi with download speeds of over 100mbps!
Greenery and plant-life greet you as you enter the front door and meander down a skylight lined path that leads into "Beach Nest." Off of the entryway is access to the garage-turned-game room with Pool Table & Foosball, a 1-2 person sauna for deep relaxation, and access to the side deck with gas BBQ grill, outdoor food prep station complete with sink! Also located on the side deck is the inset hot tub with AMAZING ocean views! Grab a glass of wine and sit under a billion stars while the ocean below serenades you.
Once you enter the main living area of the home, you are met with a wall of sliding glass doors and windows that face the Pacific Ocean and the wide open spaces of Dillon Beach.
The living room is bright and cheerful with very comfortable couches (one is a sofa sleeper), a wine bar (complete with chiller), a gas/log fireplace for those cozy nights, ENDLESS Ocean Views, and sliding glass doors that open onto the new, expansive deck with windbreaks.
The adjacent dining area has a contemporary table and a sweet breakfast bar facing into the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything needed to make great meals!
Also on this level is a spacious bedroom (Queen bed) and adjacent bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Continue upstairs to enter the Master Suite. This space is large, open and bright, with large windows perfect for viewing the Pacific below and star gazing at night. In the corner of this room you will find a Claw-foot soaking tub near the gas/log fireplace -- romance personified!
Also on this floor is a sweet reading/TV area and 1/2 bath.

This home has open space surrounding it with deer, quail, rabbits, fox and hawks. Nature truly abounds at Dillon Beach.
