• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Wonderful family home, nicely decorated and furnished with style, with four air-conditioned bedrooms and located on the outskirts of Valbonne village. The property has a great salt water infinity pool, lovely gardens and nice covered outdoor dining areas.
This lovely family villa enjoys a nice location and is within walking distance of Valbonne village. The villa is bright, spacious and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and comfy dining and living area with fireplace, and large French windows opening onto the garden and covered terraces. You will also find a high standard and fully equipped kitchen that also opens onto the garden, and covered BBQ terrace and lounge area. Finally you will find the Master bedroom on the ground floor with its ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. On the first floor you will find three more bedrooms of which two have twin beds and the third has another large double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with bath tub, and one with a shower enclosure. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa is set within a mature Mediterranean garden with a large flat lawned area and free form saline infinity pool. There is also a boules court. The house is alarmed and there are electric gates, and parking for at least 4 cars.
