If its location and amenities you are looking for, then this remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your Mammoth vacation! Just steps from the Sierra Star golf course, and about a mile from both the lifts at Eagle Lodge and The Village, it is in a quiet peaceful location surrounded by forest, yet so close to the main areas of town. Relax by the pellet stove or play a game of cards at the table all while enjoying the fresh mountain air. This condo has everything you need to feel right at home including a fully stocked kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV and DVD player, and free WiFi. The loft upstairs has been completely enclosed to create a private master suite with a King size bed, flatscreen TV and desk area if you need to work or school remotely. A full private bathroom and private laundry are also on this floor across the hall. The main level bedroom features a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and Twin on top with an additional Twin bed, perfect for a kids room or traveling singles, with another desk area for working. There is also a full hallway bathroom. There is even access to covered shared garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 7’ 3"), note the size of the garage allows for a small or standard size SUV vehicle (anything larger will be very tight). The garage is shared with one other vehicle. The Bigwood community offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site laundry facilities. This condo is on the second floor with approximately 12 steps up to the entrance, two levels inside, sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and no smoking or pets are permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home comes with a 1-car garage plus additional outdoor parking for one vehicle. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
