"Villa Ca’ Le Terrazze offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for those who wish to be close to the center of Garda. Located just 500 meters from the harbor, beaches, and lakeside promenade, this recently renovated villa boasts a privileged position with panoramic views.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a large sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, and a guest toilet. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.
From the French door, you can access the terraces with an outdoor dining table and the pool area, perfect for dining or gathering together. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Going up the stairs to the first floor, you’ll find 4 double bedrooms:
