The Villa is located in Marciaga, a small and scenic village nestled in the hills overlooking the lake and the town of Garda, just a couple of kilometres away.
Upon entering through the electric gate, you can park two cars inside the fully fenced property. The rustic house, recently renovated, is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the living area with a spacious kitchen and dining table and a living room that opens onto the outdoor porch and pool. A service bathroom with a washing machine completes this level.
A steep, original wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are equipped with fans but are not air-conditioned.
The outdoor area is delightful. There is a large covered terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining using the gas BBQ, and relax while sipping a good glass of wine.
For golf lovers, the Golf Degli Ulivi course, offering spectacular views of Lake Garda, is just a short distance away.
