With beautiful original features and plenty of classical, Parisian
charm, this spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the 6th is just a short
walk from the Luxembourg gardens, as well as several excellent museums
nearby. The apartment in situated on the 5th floor of the building,
with an elevator up to the entrance. Inside, the entrance hall has a
lovely aspect and a trio of doorways leading to the living areas. On
the right, there is a doorway to the kitchen. KITCHEN The kitchen
offers all you will need for your stay, as it is fully equipped. There
is also a table and surrounding chairs here. The table is topped with
pretty patterned tiles. The space also includes a serving hatch,
through to the dining area; as well as a separate pantry. DINING ROOM
The dining room includes an oval table in the centre of the space and a
unique chandelier hanging down above. The room is decorated with
classic artworks, original cornicing and architrave. There is plenty of
natural light from the large windows. The dining area leads through to
the music room. MUSIC ROOM With an elegant grand piano, this room is a
lovely place to practice some scales. The space is filled with
botanical touches, framed pictures and a bookcase. LIVING ROOM The
living room includes a large sofa and several traditional armchairs, as
well as a fireplace, with mirror above. The room is decorated with
calming artworks. MASTER BEDROOM The living room leads through to the
master bedroom. This includes a Super-King-size bed (made up of two
single beds), with television and chest-of-drawers opposite. This room
enjoys plenty of natural light, from the two, tall Parisian windows.
BALCONY The balcony can be accesses from several rooms in the
apartment. It offers a lovely aspect over the surrounding Parisian
architecture. BATHROOM This bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with
doors to the master and second bedroom. The bathroom includes a bath,
separate shower, two basins in green and white, as well as a WC. The
green and white theme is complemented by plants. SECOND BEDROOM This
twin room is ideal for children, with two single beds. Blue-themed
artworks decorate the wall above the bed and there is a large window,
which floods the room with light. THIRD BEDROOM The third bedroom
includes a King-size bed, interesting artworks and a fireplace. SECOND
BATHROOM This contemporary bathroom includes a shower and basin, as
well as a WC, with sleek grey tiling throughout. There is also a
separate WC next door. **To rent this property, the minimum age
requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking, pets or
parties! Please note, there is air conditioning available in all 3
bedrooms. This can also switched to heating if needed.
