The living and dining area offers ample space to relax, with two large sofas and a wide-screen television that has Disney+, Canal+ and Netflix. There is a dining table with seating for six people, a desk, and a decorative fireplace. The apartment also features stunning parquet flooring.

The kitchen has its own breakfast bar area with four stools. Although you won’t find a microwave in this apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the other amenities you will need during your stay, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and a fridge with built-in ice maker.
BEDROOMS
Through a sliding door from the living area, you will find the master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a large double bed (160cm x 200cm), with bedside tables and second television. The minimalist second bedroom is bright and spacious, and includes a standard double bed (140x 200cm)
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a walk-in waterfall shower, stylish décor and a mirror with vanity light fixture above.

Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is equipped with one portable air-conditioning unit, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. It is situated on the first floor of the building, with an internal staircase that leads up to the entrance. Please note that there are some photographs on the walls that depict artistic nudity that may offend the sensibilities of some guests. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
