Villa is located on the outskirts of Agouseliana village, built on a 4000 sq.m. private land in a beautiful countryside having nice views to the mountains. In Agouseliana there are a couple of traditional taverns and a mini market. The village is about 25 km. from Rethymno town and its renaissance atmosphere. 10 km to the south you find the famous Plakias village with its great sandy beaches, a big variety of taverns and many shops.
This villa is ideal for people who wish to have a nice and relaxing holidays in the countryside, away from the city rhythm in the relaxing village life.
The villa is 150 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 11 persons. It offers 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed each and 1 with twin beds) and a sleeping gallery with one double and two single beds. There are totally four bathrooms, one with a full size bath tub and the others with showers. A spacious living room with fireplace, and stereo music system, is ideal for comfort, relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the kitchen you enter into a large separate dining room with views towards the swimming pool.
A 40 sq.m. swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas lies by the side of the villa. There is also a children play area and a stone built barbeque. A car is considered to be essential to explore the area and the whole island.
