Take a seat and enjoy the sunset on the Intracoastal Waterway from your own backyard or relax at the pristine Bal Harbour Beach with complimentary chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. You can also bike on the boardwalk with a Beach Haus bicycle or visit the famous Bal Harbour Shops less than a mile away. Cleaning can be arranged for a fee. Smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- "• Front desk is available daily from 9AM-6PM
- • Beach Service available daily from 10AM-5PM
- • Pool is available from dusk to dawn. No lifeguard on duty; Do not leave children unattended.
- • Absolutely no glass or any items of breakable material are allowed on the pool area.
- • Items left in common areas will be removed.
- • Quiet hours from 10 pm and 8 am. Please keep down the noise from the television, music and avoid loud conversation. Quiet hours are enforced at all onsite areas, including the pool and hallways. Bal Harbour Police Department patrols our premises regularly, and they are instructed to escort any guests out of the property if there are any disturbances.
- • Room occupancy may not exceed maximum occupancy. This means no parties or gatherings of more than 3 in a One-bedroom and 5 in a Two-bedroom unit.
- • Registered guests are responsible for the behavior of themselves and those in the unit with them. They will be charged for any loss or damaged property in the unit and/ or common areas caused by themselves or their guests. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify management immediately of any damages upon entering the apartment.
- • Guests may not remove furnishing or interfere with the electrical or any other installations in the unit or on the premise without the consent of management.
- • Smoke free property.
