The place abounds in long, shallow, sandy beaches that are perfect for family tourism.
Villa is only 250 m away from the beautiful sandy beach, so from the balcony you can enjoy in a soothing view of the sea and islands. The villa consists of ground floor and first floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. The ground floor has two bedrooms with shared bathroom. Stairs lead you to the upper floor where there is a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and another bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a high wall so complete privacy is ensured. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
