Our impressive architect design-build Birchlee apartments were completed and opened in 2014, in the heart of Inverurie.
Energy-efficient specifications include windows with the highest grade of soundproof glazing, and superinsulation that dramatically reduces heat loss (and gain) by using much higher levels of insulation and airtightness.
Each two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment is fitted with wall-mounted televisions in each bedroom, motion sensor lights and superior quality doors and finishes. There is also ample free parking.
These apartments are ideal both for weekend visitors to Aberdeenshire and also business travellers who want easy commuter routes to Aberdeen while enjoying a more rural residential location in the Shire.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
