This home is part of the Timber Ridge Condos, a complex on the edge of the gorgeous Mesa Cortina Wilderness Open Space in Wildernest. You’ll find the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead right down the street, with several other hiking options in every direction. The heart of Silverthorne is three miles east, where you’ll find an impressive array of dining and shopping (including the Outlets at Silverthorne), with downtown Dillon and the scenic shores of the Dillon Reservoir two miles beyond. Come winter, you’ll find some of the best slopes in Colorado within easy driving distance, including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Vail.
Step inside to find a bright and open space that combines the living room, the dining area, and the well-appointed kitchen. This great room is characterized by beautiful natural wood paneling, a gas fireplace with a stone hearth and a TV above, and floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that frame a truly magnificent view. Bring your coffee outside to the balcony each morning, and return in the afternoon. In the in-between hours, you’ll have access to excellent shared amenities on the grounds, including foosball tables at the clubhouse and a community tennis court and barbecue deck to use all summer. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the loft boasts a comfortable bed and a full bathroom with a stall shower.
