This is a totally private beautiful villa with a private pool, suited for 6 guests, located in a rural area in a beautiful natural environment. Its location in the middle of Crete island is ideal for road trips and excursions to the north and the south coast of the island and gives a unique opportunity to explore the natural beauties and the hidden treasures of the inland as well as the coasts.
On the first floor, there is a comfortable living and dining area with a satellite TV set. There is an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen with all modern appliances and a double-bed bedroom and a shower/WC.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two more bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other with two twin beds) with two attached en-suite bathrooms and the French doors leading to the outside area.
There is a private pool, outdoor furniture, a garden, and a BBQ.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
