This is a 235m² inspiring villa, with a heated pool (extra charge) located at Pigi village, just 10 minutes drive from Rethymno town. The villa boasts a unique location in an area favored both for its natural beauty and for its close proximity to destinations of great cultural interest. Τhe views from the villa down to distant Adele region and the sea and up to the olive groves and the mountains of Psiloritis and Kouloukounas are truly entrancing, as they survey a magnificent panorama that encompasses the entire gulf of Rethymno.
The villa can host up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 fully equipped bathrooms (shampoo, bathrobe, and slippers are also provided). The ground floor features a spacious fully equipped living room, a dining area, a modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a double bed comfortable bedroom. The first floor features another bedroom with a queen-size double bed with a private terrace. There is another bedroom with two single beds, a living area, and a large veranda. On the second floor, there is a bedroom suite with a king-size double bed and an amazing veranda with astonishing views. On each floor, there is a modern bathroom. On the ground floor, there is an en-suite bathroom with a shower, on the middle floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, and on the top floor another bathroom with a shower. There is central heating via radiators and the fridge has the option for cold water and ice cubes.
The villa has also an office area for the guests who wish to gave a working space.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens, with pergolas, exterior furniture, a BBQ area, while the balconies and terraces have exceptional views to the sea, to the mountains and to the surrounding olive groves. On the exterior, it has a swimming pool (heated upon request-extra charge 50 euros per day , please notify us in advance at least one week) . The bus stop to Eleftherna & Arkadi is just 150m away.
The area has exceptional natural beauties as well as points of cultural interest and traditional colored villages, taverns, supermarket and tourist amenities. In just a few minutes drive there are various beautiful beaches, both organized and not.
