This is an excellent 240 sq.m. villa, 5’ from Rethymno town, with beautiful views and all possible facilities, that can host up to 8 persons. The area is ideal for athletic activities, cycling and hiking. The villa combines the tranquility of nature with the advantage of being close to the vivid city of Rethymnon and the sandy organized beaches of the area.
The villa is constructed of the highest quality materials and design and is of modern design, spread in three floors, consists of two individual and interdependent houses and is surrounded by furnished relaxing areas and garden. The first and second floor has a private individual entrance, living room, kitchen area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower part has also an individual entrance and its own kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. There are double and single beds and 3 modern bathrooms and plenty of leisure areas, two living rooms, all fully equipped with modern appliances, such as Satellite TV sets, WiFi coverage, individually controlled air conditions, HiFi, DVD, washing machine, tumble dryer and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. There is also a fireplace and a storage room.
There is a private 20sq.m. swimming pool, surrounded by long-chairs and umbrellas. There are a stone-built BBQ and outdoor furniture as well as private parking spaces.
In just 200m from the villa, there is a traditional tavern and two mini markets. In 3km lies Rethymno town with its famous renaissance atmosphere, its museums, restaurants, organized sandy beach and all possible tourist facilities.
