Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A pretty family villa fully renovated, set in a quiet domaine within close distance to the picturesque village of Valbonne. The villa has 4 bedrooms and is set in a peaceful garden with views over the surrounding countryside and private pool which can be heated and fenced. Villa Coralie is a wonderful 4 bedroom family villa located in a quiet domaine close to the picturesque village of Valbonne. The villa has recently been fully renovated in a contemporary style with high quality fittings and furnishings and is composed on the ground floor of an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, and large doors opening onto the terrace and garden. On the ground floor a double bedroom with 2 single beds can be found with ensuite shower room. From the living room stairs lead to the first floor where there are 3 additional double bedrooms. The master bedroom offers an extra large double bed, a day bed and a private balcony overlooking the garden and country views. There is another double bedroom with large double bed and the fourth bedrooms offers 2 single beds. The first floor offers 2 bathrooms that are shared by these 3 bedrooms. From the living area one steps onto a wonderful terrace with nice views over the garden and surrounding countryside, and leads onto the garden with flat lawn and a fenced pool with nice terrace and lots of mature olive trees.
