This is a 190 m² villa located in the picturesque village of Loutra, with sea view and in just a few minutes drive to the beach and 10km from the vivid Rethymno city. It has 4 bedrooms extending on 2 floors and 4 levels with a capacity of 8 persons in total. In the area, there are various taverns and supermarket. It has a large outdoor space of 120 m² with a large 33 m² swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Next to the pool, there are many pieces of exterior furniture, umbrellas, and shaded areas. Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there is a main lounge with quality oak flooring, leather sofas, a wooden dining room, and a piano. At the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with oak flooring and two iron single beds with its own bathroom and toilet. This room has a balcony with a view of the green garden. At the next level, there are two bedrooms, (one with twin beds and one with a double bed), and two bathrooms with a toilet. All bedrooms have oak flooring and fairytale beds made of iron with wooden details, with an endless view to the olive groves, the sea and the green garden by the pool. At the highest level of the villa, guests can sunbathe enjoying the spectacular and clear view to the olive groves and the sea, whereas, in the sunset, they will enjoy the barbeque grill located in the same area. The villa is located next to the village’s square where there is a spacious parking area. In the square, one can also see parts of an old olive press with its large millstones. Loutra (Greek: Λουτρά or Λουτρά Ρεθύμνου) is a medieval village of central Crete, Rethymno regional unit, Arkadi municipal unit. It is situated 2 km from the Bay of Rethymno and 8 km from the town of Rethymno. Loutra village lies on the main road from Pigi to Arkadi and is situated in the midst of olive groves, and is characterized by its narrow cobbled streets and bougainvillea plants, Venetian buildings and the blazons of the Kallergi family. Visitors of Loutra have the opportunity to visit the fabrika (old oil mill), which was used a few decades ago for oil pressing, the medieval fountain with the Turkish inscription, and in the vicinity the famous beautiful monasteries of Arkadi and Arsani.
