Villa, is located in one of the most impressive and lush areas of North Crete and among spectacular views and unique architecture in the picturesque village of Kefalas.
An historical house of the first gynecologist of Crete, is fully renovated and decorated to offer its guests an authentic traditional Cretan atmosphere together with luxury and convenience. The villa is 180 sq.m. in a field of 400 sq. m.
The internal yard hosts a beautiful swimming pool of 36 sq.m.
The Villa consists of two floors; located in the first floor are one bedroom with a double bed, the kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances, a dining room, a living room with a tv/dvd set and a bathroom. In the second floor are two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) with air condition, a loggia with two more single beds and a bathroom. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
