This is a 280 m² villa located in the picturesque village of Loutra, with sea view and in just a few minutes drive to the beach and 10km from the vivid Rethymno city. It has 6 suites extending on 4 levels with a capacity of 12 persons in total. In the area, there are various taverns and supermarket.
There are on total 4 spacious outdoor lounge and dining areas over 4 levels. At level 1, the thick vegetation offers great relaxation in the terrace and the swimming pool. At level 2, there is another terrace with a large white table while indoors, there is the villa’s lounge and a concert piano. Right next, there is the main kitchen fully equipped. On the 1st floor, there is a veranda with olive trees under the shadow of a 200-year old vine wrapped around a trellis. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 3 days.
