Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. This recently built massive villa with adjacent guest house can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideally located within walking distance to the pretty village of Eygalières and just 15 minutes’ drive to Saint-Remy-de-Provence. This is a 3-bedroom villa with 2-bedroom guest house located within a 15-minute walk of the sought-after cafes and restaurants of the village of Eygalières. Recently built with traditional materials and underfloor cooling and heating system for your comfort, the home has a chic relaxed ambiance with contemporary decor throughout. On the ground floor you’ll find a large open living area with modern kitchen and dining space, as well as an office and en-suite bedroom. Atop the large winding stone staircase (with safety railings), second floor hosts a further two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is a nice "Guest House" opposite the sheltered terrace with a separate entrance. Here you will find a kitchenette, sitting room, ground floor double bedroom with bathroom, and a mezzanine with two single beds. Perfect for teens, a couple desiring privacy, or small family with children. The property has everything that one can dream of while in Provence - walk-ability to a charming famous village, olive grove, grassy areas for play, a trampoline, lounge areas, shade, views, etc. The large 14m x 4m pool is secured and can be heated. Outside of July and August, the villa can be rented as a 3-bedroom house without the guest house, at a lower price.
