Kick-back on our peaceful patio or deck with the whole family. Stocked with a large grill and outdoor seating for all outdoor cooking needs! These homes also feature key-less entry, WIFI, cable, large patios and porch. Parking is no problem, with multiple spaces for any group size. Both homes are set up for your reservation. Access to the homes is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you are 1 minute off the Williamstown exit, and 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter parking lot! These homes are not only perfect for Ark Encounter guests, but any large group visiting a wedding at The Josephina Event Venue, Creation Museum, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park, or any event in Cincinnati! There is a hand book in the listing for local recommendations on brunch, coffee, and dinner! Your personal vehicle would be the best way to get around. We do not allow adults on the top bunk in one of the homes for safety reasons. We ask only people who are less than 60lbs sleep on the top bunk.
