A beautiful contemporary villa newly built and furnished to a very high standard is located just outside the beautiful village of Saint Paul de Vence. The villa offers five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and if fully air-conditioned. The property enjoys fabulous views to the sea and the surrounding hills.
This is a beautiful contemporary villa decorated to a very high standard and located near the village of St Paul de Vence. The villa offers five spacious bedrooms spread over 3 floors and is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor is a bright living area with dining table and large sliding doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
From the terrace you overlook the wonderful infinity pool (can be heated) and the views towards the sea.
The villa has been decorated in a modern style offering a well equipped modern kitchen with induction/gas hob and American fridge, large living room and dining room that opens up onto a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy the beautiful views towards the hills and the Mediterranean.
On the ground floor is a spacious master bedroom (180x200) with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are another 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and 2 bedrooms share one family shower room.
On the garden level can be found another large bedroom with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. There is also an office with printer and sleeping sofa (could be used for a child or nanny) and a fully equipped laundry room.
The tastefully landscaped garden has a large salt water swimming pool (that can be heated), surrounded by sun beds and a good sized dining area accommodating 10 guests with a Gas BBQ. A lovely shaded area with lounge chairs overlooking the pool provides another area for quiet relaxation.
Secure off street parking is provided accommodating 3/4 cars.
