Welcome to paradise on earth! This fully renovated, lakefront home is exactly what you need if relaxation and convenience are what you’re going after. Blue Water is one of the very, very few houses right on the water and offers a quiet location away from the highway–not something you can find anywhere. The main entrance will lead you straight to the first level of the home. You’ll notice right away a convenient elevator that will take wheelchair users right to the second level of the home in the blink of an eye. This level hosts a spacious primary bedroom with wall-to-wall windows that allow guests to admire jaw-dropping beach and water views, direct access to the covered patio, and beachfront desk, and a full, accessible-friendly bathroom. Upstairs is the main living space, which boasts pristine white walls, ample windows that let in plenty of natural light, and gorgeous decor that will delight your eyes the moment you step in here....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
