Upon arriving, you and your guests will be greeted by towering trees and an adorable exterior tucked within its own private area to give you a sense of seclusion while still being close to all of the best attractions in the area. Inside, the main level boasts soaring ceilings in the great room, two large bedrooms, and full bathroom, complete with a separate shower and soaking tub. Each day can begin with a hearty breakfast prepared in the full kitchen, and the kids will be chomping at the bit to play on the playset out back. Plus, the adults can sip a favorite drink in the fresh air with the furnished deck awaiting right outside. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, including a bunk room for the little ones, a full bathroom, and a lofted game room complete with foosball and board games! With so much fun to be had, don’t hesitate a second longer and make your way to Camp Connell. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. Fireplace is not available for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
