From the expansive great room to the wraparound deck, you and your guests have plenty of room to gather together or find a quiet haven for solo time.
A river rock wood-burning fireplace, wrought iron chandelier, cozy couch, and several armchairs make the living room the perfect space for pre-dinner hors doeuvres or curling up with a good book. Vaulted ceilings soar, and large windows bring in natural light and frame mountain views. A screened porch serves as a breezy second living room.
Cook in the classic kitchen, detailed with hardwood floors, a double sink, and a spacious breakfast bar with six stools. Special meals deserve the window-lined dining room, where a table seats 14 beneath a rustic chandelier. A wet bar off the kitchen will inspire your best cocktails and fresh lemonade. The bathroom on this floor has a shower and a spacious mirrored vanity.
Peaceful, ultra-cozy bedrooms feature lots of pillows and crisp linens. On the main floor, the master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a king bed on an ornate metal frame, exposed beams, access to the back deck, and a 50” TV.
Upstairs, the third bedroom has a king bed, seating nook, and a 40” TV, while the fourth room is furnished with a queen bed plus a log-frame twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bathroom on this floor boasts a double vanity and a shower.
The loft has four queen beds and two additional twin trundles. This spectacular space has vaulted ceilings, a central seating area ideal for an evening card game, and a 50” flat-screen TV. Feel the breeze and see the sights on your private balcony; enjoy the comfort of an en-suite bath with a stone-floor rain shower.
Explore the meadows, on-site pond, or relax by the river. Serve lunch on the huge wraparound deck, where theres a dining table, additional seating, and unforgettable Colorado vistas. The fire pit beckons you to gather around for campfire songs and starlit conversation.

The Resort promises fresh powder during the cold months, and a multitude of summertime activities. Local restaurants include five-star Laundry, Taco Cabo, and Winonas. See a different side of nature at nearby Fish Creek Falls Park.
