From the cozy brick fireplace to the plush furnishings, everything in this has been designed with your comfort in mind. The living room area contains plenty of seating for the whole crowd as well as a large HDTV - the perfect place to hang out and watch a movie/show after a long day. Ideal for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation, the neighborhood boasts popular dining spots like Leons, Little Jacks, Melfi's, Maison, Rodney Scotts, Berkeleys, The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, and the Graft (Wine) or Vintage (Cocktails) for drinks. Don't miss The Daily for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.
- *Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*
- *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
- *No parties
- *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside)
- *No firearms
- *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)
- *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
