THINGS TO KNOW The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling. This property is managed by Property Manager Alabama LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 9. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
