This property is 2 hours from Fortaleza Airport. It is divided into 3 units decorated with great care, including 5 suites that can accommodate 8 adults and 5 children. Unit 1: kitchen and master suite with air conditioning, sea view terrace Unit 2 (swimming poolside): kitchen, one suite with double bed and air conditioning and one suite with 5 single beds, Unit 3 (swimming poolside): 2 suites This charming house is on the beach, you can jump from your bed to the sea in a few strides when you wake up and then enjoy coconut water from the garden before your kitesurfing lesson or your buggy ride. The rental includes daily cleaning and breakfast service. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
