Situated in the heart of London’s wonderful Soho- just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Carnaby Street and the West End theatres. Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square can all be reach in less than 10 minutes, by foot- as well as many more of London’s sights in the surrounding area. For up to 4 guests. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building- with an elevator up to the entrance. Upon entering the home there is a spacious entrance hallway, with the living area straight-ahead. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN The living room offers a cool, contemporary aesthetic- with a semi-circular feature wall opposite the leather sofa. This includes a television and surrounding ornamental pieces. The kitchen is open plan from the living area and offers a great island with bar stools, creating the perfect breakfast bar or dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. This space also enjoys sliding doors out to a balcony. BALCONY The balcony offers a place to relax outside- with an outdoor table and chairs for two. FIRST BEDROOM This room offers two comfortable armchairs in cream- these can convert into two single sofa beds, to sleep two guests. The room also includes a television and wardrobe. UTILITY CUPBOARD Within the first bedroom, is the utility cupboard with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. BATHROOM This bathroom has sleek tiling throughout and comprises a walk-in shower, WC and basin, as well as a large mirror. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is spacious, with a Super-King-size bed and bedside tables either side. The room also offers a television on the wall and a white wardrobe for storage. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, with a contemporary aesthetic. Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties!
