Situated on the Île de la Cité in the heart of central Paris, this 2
bedroom apartment is ideal for up to 4 guests. Offering impressive
views, the home is just a short walk from the Notre Dame, the Marais
and the Louvre. The apartment is situated on the second floor, with
flights of stairs up to the entrance. DINING ROOM The dining area
includes a wooden table, surrounding chairs and artwork on the walls.
There is also a large, antique cabinet, adorned with intricate
wood-carving. This leads through to the living room. LIVING ROOM The
light living room offers great views to the river and surrounding
architecture from the two windows. The room comprises a leather sofa in
black, as well as a cream sofa and armchair. There is also a
television, bookcase and framed artworks. MASTER BEDROOM The master
bedroom also offers the wonderful views to the surrounding area, as
well as enjoying plenty of natural light. A comfortable King-size bed
is positioned in the centre of the room, with bedside tables either
side and art on the wall above. The room also offers a traditional desk
and chair, as well as a bookcase and armchair by the window. KITCHEN A
gally-style kitchen, complete with a blue-tiled worktop. The kitchen
includes all the amenities you will need during your stay. BATHROOM A
sleek bathroom with clean white tiles, a walk-in shower and a basin. WC
There is a separate WC for convenience. SECOND BEDROOM The second
bedroom is decorated with various framed pictures, as well as a
patterned rug lining the floor. The space comprises a comfortable
double bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for storage. **To rent
this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home

may result in occasional noise disturbances during your stay. This
apartment is on the second floor, but don’t worry - there’s a handy
