As soon as you step foot in this retreat you will be greeted by two spacious levels that will make this ideal for two families or larger groups of friends to spread out. Each level boasts an accommodating living area and a full kitchen to allow everyone to chill out or whip up favorite meals with ease. After a full day of outdoor adventure, fire up the gas grill on the upper deck to cook up some burgers or make your way to the lower deck to soak in the private hot tub as the sun dips behind the trees. Don’t worry about being disconnected this trip either, as free WiFi is ready for you assist in sharing favorite memories on social media or streaming favorite shows. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
