It is located in the heart of Saundersfoot with a garden that backs right onto a beautiful sandy beach with direct beach access, offering the perfect extension to the enclosed garden. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room features wide-opening patio doors that extend the house out on to the enclosed furnished patio, creating a perfect space for enjoying an early morning coffee or relaxing to the sounds of the sea as the sun goes down.
This self-catering holiday rental is accessed through the front door, which is on the main street of the village, and leads into the hallway with a door to the second sitting room and steps down to the kitchen/living./dining room and stairs up to the bedrooms.
Kitchen: Well-stocked with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer. electric hob and oven.
Living/Dining Area: Comfortable dining and sofa seating for up to 10 people. TV with Freeview and DVD player. Patio doors opening out onto the enclosed garden.
Downstairs WC: Toilet and wash-hand basin.
Sitting Room: Seating for up to 5 people, sofa bed providing extra sleeping accommodation for one person (please supply linen if required). TV with Freeview.
Master Bedroom: Double bed. TV with Freeview. Furnished balcony with spectacuar sea views. Ensuite shower room (walk-in shower, toilet and basin)
Bedroom 2: Double bed, ample storage facilities.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, ample storage facilities.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wc and whb.
Bedroom 4: Double bed and a single pull out bed. Ensuite shower room (walk in shower, toilet and basin). Please note that this room is on the third floor and has sloping ceilings and reduced head height in places.

Outside the enclosed garden offers direct beach access and is furnished with table and benches and a BBQ.
Parking is in the public car park a few minutes walk away.
