Situated in a peaceful location approx. 15 minute walk from Saundersfoot village, beach and harbour, this villa provides spacious and homely accommodation perfect for families, friends or two families holidaying together. The open plan kitchen which opens onto the garden offers a great place for families to gather and the cottage is tastefully decorated with a seaside theme throughout.
Saundersfoot village itself offers a wonderful array of beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. The best of Pembrokeshire’s attractions are within a 20 minute drive including Manor House Wildlife Park, Folly Farm, Heatherton and The Dinosaur Park and many of Pembrokeshire’s award winning beaches are within easy reach. Saundersfoot is just a 5-10 minute drive from the historic seaside town of Tenby.
Entrance: Cottage enters into hallway with doors off to kitchen, living areas, utlity room and wc.
Kitchen/dining: Well equipped with fridge freezer, large oven and hob, dishwasher, wine rack, Freeview TV central breakfast bar with seating for 4. Large dining table with seating for up to 10 people. French doors open out onto terrace and arch way leads through to sitting area which also offers large flat screen TV.
Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Room: Large flat screen TV, sofa seating for up to 10 people, beanbags, doors out to conservatory.
Conservatory: Sofa seating and coffee table. French doors lead out to the garden and terrace.
Cloakroom: wc and whb
Stairs lead up to bedrooms and bathrooms.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, dressing table, Freeview TV, ample storage. En-suite bathroom comprises corner bath with shower attachement, twin sinks, shower cubicle, heated towel rail and wc.
