There is nothing quite like a new home furnished with all new things. The great room has room to kick back and enjoy the glow from the fireplace or watch the flat-screen TV. Fun bean bag chairs for the little ones to enjoy. There is a sleek and modern dining room with chairs for eight and 4 additional stools at the island counter in the kitchen. Lovely and bright the kitchen has all you need for your meal prep and service. Stainless appliances including a gas stove, microwave, large fridge, and dishwasher polish off this lovely kitchen. Out on the patio, there is a grill for additional cooking options that you will want to be sure to use during your stay.
Pet-Friendly: Bring your loveable pets with you! This property is dog-friendly and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs. An additional pet fee is automatically added to each reservation. If you want to book this property but are not bringing a pet, please give Property Manager a call after booking and we can remove that charge for you.
The master bedroom is roomy and comes with a king-size bed and a beautiful master bathroom. The bathroom has a large corner tub, a walk-in shower, and double sinks. Bedroom two has a queen bed with white furniture with lots of drawer space in the dresser and storage in the bed drawers too. Bedroom three has a lovely brass bed and drawer space as well. A large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located just off the double-car garage.
Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!
