Located in the south of Bari, in one of the most beautiful place between the Castellana Grotte’s hills, a striking landscape with age-old olive trees where time seems to be stopped to allow you to enjoy the quiet and scents that this place offers to you; moreover we are close to the most beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches. The Country house is composed by a trullo with “lamia” and alcove. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven and refrigerator, parlour with fireplace, computer with internet connection, TV flat screen, stereo (with ipod connection) with sound spreading in the pool area.Second double bedroom ( that can become a twin bedroom) upstairs.
Outdoors kitchen and shower. 500 square meters garden, ornamental plants, gazebo with dinner table and forms, gazebo with big divan and cushions for total relax, deckchairs, sunshade parasol. Small gazebo with dinner table close to the pool. Parking area shared with the owner.
The airconditioning is available only in the bedroom on the upper level.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions for access to the property and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.
The owners, who are very discreet, reside (during certain periods in the summer) in the house next door, but will respect your privacy.

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
