Casa Marea is a comfortable accommodation studied in every detail, the perfect place for those who are looking for a holiday to spend in total carefreeness.
A stone staircase leads to a small terrace on the floor equipped with a relaxation area with pillows and table for outdoor dining. Double access to the kitchen and entrance to the house. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa and TV. Double bedroom with exposed shower and bathroom. Second bedroom with two single beds (possibility to join them if necessary). Further bathroom with shower. Kitchen equipped with every comfort. Point in favor is the possibility to eat outside on the terrace on the floor.
Casa Marea is located in a very quiet street in the historic center, a strategic place to reach on foot all points of interest that the city offers. The most photographed beach of the city is only 2 minutes walking. The restaurants where you can taste typical cuisine are very close by.
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.
The apartment does not have private parking. As it is located in the historic center, which is a ZTL (limited traffic zone) , it is not possible to access it by car. You can park near Caffè Roma 1 , Largo Vescovado 1, 70043 Monopoli (BA), or in the nearby streets. White lines indicate free parking , while blue lines indicate paid parking .
