The house has 3 living rooms, 1 guest bathroom, 3 double bedrooms with balconies, closets and bathrooms,1 single bedroom with an additional pull out bed, balcony, closet and bathroom and it can accommodate 8 people. In addition, this extraordinary property has a swimming pool on the vast deck with sun loungers, a complete barbecue area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
