Located in the upper part of Geribá, in Búzios, this villa with 5 suites has a fabulous view of the tropical forests, the city and the sea from its large windows.
The house has a clean, beautiful and contemporary design but still with a special tropical touch, with a very wide layout, with glass doors and windows that extend from the ceiling to the floor, allowing natural light and ventilation. From practically all points in the social areas, it is possible to see the nature and wealth of Búzios.
The kitchen is open to the living room from sliding glass windows and contains quality equipment, an island with a stove and sink, and a circulation area with space for cooking at will.
Right next to the kitchen, being accessed directly from the living area, is the house’s barbecue, installed on the balcony that gives access to the lower floor of the pool.
On the lower balcony is the refreshing swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck with covered seating area and sun loungers outdoors.
There are 5 suites with total comfort, air-conditioned, with cozy beds for 2 people, complete bathrooms and panoramic windows that allow not only the wonderful sea breeze and natural light to enter, but also guarantee fabulous views of the city and the entire coastline.
CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
