The freshness of the sea breeze, the breathtaking view of the marvelous ocean with transatlantic ships in the background, all the sensations of living in a house by the sea, all this is experienced by those who enter this wonderful property with 3 lots in the same terrain.
Each lot has 2 floors full of large windows that allow the entrance of both light and sea breeze. Each house has its own rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
There are 2 swimming pools, one smaller located in the main house and the largest, which is an infinity pool, is in the third lot, which is the second-largest house. In the infinity pool you can lie on the sun loungers and try a drink of the best drinks while enjoying the incredible view of your own pool merging into the ocean with the golden glow of the sun at the end of the day...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
