Each lot has 2 floors full of large windows that allow the entrance of both light and sea breeze. Each house has its own rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 2 swimming pools, one smaller located in the main house and the largest, which is an infinity pool, is in the third lot, which is the second-largest house. In the infinity pool you can lie on the sun loungers and try a drink of the best drinks while enjoying the incredible view of your own pool merging into the ocean with the golden glow of the sun at the end of the day stretching out over the sea. There are 6 suites and 2 adjoining rooms in total. The furniture and design of the houses blend a rustic style with modern in a perfectly dosed combination. It is the tropical style of the luxurious houses of Búzios. In one of the lounges, there is still a large rustic wooden pool table. The lounges, bedrooms and other indoor environments are fully air-conditioned by powerful air-conditioning units that ensure freshness on warmer days. Your garage accommodates up to 4 vehicles and you can also park up to 5 more vehicles in the open-air spaces. The house is located in a condominium with 24 hour security for your security and convenience. CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service. Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals. As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
